2. Gift Cards

2.1 Non-Refundable

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be refunded or reactivated.

3. Salon Services

3.1 Cancellations

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3.2 No-Shows

  • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in the full service cost being charged.

3.3 Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, at our discretion. The full service cost will still apply.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds for Services

  • Refunds for salon services will only be considered under the following circumstances:
    • The service was not delivered as agreed.
    • There was a demonstrable issue with the quality of the service provided.
  • Refunds will be issued at our discretion following a review of the circumstances.

4.2 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been completed to the agreed standard are non-refundable.

4.4 In-Store Purchases

  • Refunds for in-store purchases will be subject to separate terms provided at the time of purchase.

5. Online Purchases

5.1 Digital and Physical Products

  • For digital products or any physical items purchased online, refunds may be requested within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5.2 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

5.3 Refunds for Faulty Items

  • Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

  • If a salon service cannot be completed due to health and safety concerns, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered.
