Body & Mind Cancellation Policy

* Treatment Bookings
If you wish to cancel or move an appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice or you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

If you cancel or move your appointment with less than 8 hours notice or miss your appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment.

Booking fees/deposits are non refundable.
Cancelled appointments outside of the 48 hours will not lose the amount, it will remain on your account for future bookings.

Gift Vouchers and Prepayments
No refunds are given on vouchers or prepayments. However you can gift them to someone else if you don’t wish to use them. They can also be used to buy products. We are not responsible for people’s circumstances for not being able to use a gift voucher.

Courses
Refunds are not given on unwanted courses. The amount can be exchanged for other treatments or products. They can also be gifted to someone else.
